We appreciate your understanding of our No Refund Policy.

Exchanges for items of equal value can be made within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Please note that all exchange requests are subject to approval and the customer is responsible for any associated shipping costs.

To avoid any dissatisfaction from our clients and costly shipping on exchanges, our store is pleased to answer any questions regarding our products, including providing additional photos prior to the completion of an order.

If a package is proven lost by the shipper a full refund or replacement will apply based on whichever the client prefers.
